Our villa is maisonette type and in ground floor there is the living room with fireplace, kitchen, large balcony with luxurious outdoor furniture, 1st bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed and terrace overlooking the sea and the green island us. On the 1st floor, accessed by a regular staircase with 14 steps, opposite to the stairs is the second wc with shower and to the right and left you will find the 2 additional bedrooms. The left bedroom has a veranda that overlooks the whole island and the sea and has one double bed and a double wardrobe while the second bedroom has twin beds and a double wardrobe.
Upon entering the main door you will find the living room, an image of luxury and fullness, since the comfortable space combined with the equipment and heavy furniture will satisfy even the most demanding guests.
Our kitchen, as an extension of the living room, has all the essentials including a regular kitchen with oven, dishwasher and appliances with utensils that will meet your needs.
All bedrooms come with anatomical orthopedic closets and aircondition for adjustable temperature.
The courtyard of the villa will become your permanent companion as the special outdoor furniture as well as the built and organized barbecue in the same area will become a dining and entertainment spot for you and your company.
Pool access is easy as it is 3 meters from the entrance of the villa. Its private pool is equipped with a continuous cleaning system and water purity control and is organized with special pool furniture for your comfortable stay.
A great feature of the pool and of course our area is the truly magnificent view of the sea and the island. We are sure that it will remain indelibly engraved in your memory.
